Monday Comic Book and DVD Update 10-15-12

Mid-Week Book and Comic Book Update 9-26-12, for Adults:-P

Shalom, bibliophiles! This book and comic book update contains some works that have mature content, i.e. not for kiddies, but I shall NOT show any of the graphic images and just show the covers (that are not graphic). I will not show or review the violence in detail, either since I know some of the kids like to watch this vlog (LOL, they are probably more comfortable than most with the stuff, and I am, certainly, no prude; however, I am just trying to keep things even keeled here). Let's see what goodies I scored:

As noted, if I can set aside the time (to find the comics), I am going to do some vlog entries, over the next few weeks, that are specifically themed for the upcoming Halloween (the greatest holiday of them all), and I'll try to do reviews of my ghost, gothic, and horror comics. How's that sound?

Monday Comic Book Update 9-24-12

Yup, that was a mixed bag (err...box) for sure. Some are going to my nephew and to Gracie, if she wants any of those D&D or Forgotten Realms comics. Update from 9-19-12

Shalom, bibliophiles. I have been absent because I am very ill. I have hours, literally, of vlog entries just sitting for me to edit and post, and I have hours more to shoot (boxes of books and comic books just sitting, waiting for me to get better). Yes, I was ill all of last week, and, two days ago, on Monday, my dermatologist wanted to admit me to the hospital, but I don't have health insurance and suggested that was not an option now. She, my dermatologist, sort of, understood and placed me on lots of medication; if this doesn't help, then I might still need to go to hospital, sigh.

Any way, this is an update about me and comic books that arrived last week. Let's see what is going on:

Whew, I am tired. I hope that I can post some of the older vlog entries, like the one that covers 110 books I bought last week, at a book sale. Any way, I better go rest. I am sorry if I seem distant, lost, or out of it, but that's my life, now, sigh.

Friday Update on Media Scores, 7-6-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! I hope everyone, in the Northern Hemisphere, is staying cool; it's been over 90 here for a long time (maybe two weeks), and today it reached 98 (with feels like temperature of 105). Gosh, I just took a frog outside (that I caught in the house), and it is still 88 outside with high humidity (like a sauna). Any way, let's look at the books, comic books, and DVDs from this update:

Hi! Sigh, I apologize for the delay, but I've been busy. I know, I know, I indicated that I'd post Part 3 in a day and it took a week. Between work and being very ill, I just didn't have the energy or time to edit the raw footage and post this part until today. Yes, my illness has ruined my mood and health, sigh. Given that I have to grade final papers and exams, I am not sure how much I can post over the short period, but I am going to try to chip away at the stack (easily 6 or 7 postings). Hi, folks! Alas, I had several boxes sitting around and several video clips that I shot and didn't post, so I am trying to get them posted, before I have to write final exams and then grade them.
