Sunday Comic Book Update, Thrift Finds, and Cooking 7-29-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! Yes, I cover a lot of ground in today's vlog entry. Since I went to a thrift, I decided to show viewers what I snagged before the comic book update. I also made a funky dinner, so I tossed in a bit about that. Let's see what I have to say and show:

Media Update 7-26-12 and Guest Visitors

Shalom, bibliophiles! I know that I indicated that I had 75 minutes of video from Wednesday, 7/25/12, to post, but I was exhausted today (after my doctor's visit). However, I wanted to vlog about a few books and other things I picked up today. Also, today, we have two special visitors (well, they were "here" on Tuesday morning, oh well). Let's see what is going on:

Comic Book Update from 7-13-12 and 7-9-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! Yes, I'm about two weeks behind in my postings (even more, if I think about the giant box of 400 comic books sitting on the table). Any way, I shot this vlog posting in the middle of a bad health episode, so I do apologize if I look bright red or ill or if I act stressed; I was pretty darn sick (although right now, I'm getting better). Let's see what comic books and graphic novels I scored:

Wow! There's a lot of great stuff there; there's some that will go right into my collection, and a bunch will be going to the kids (Gracie, Jared, Justin, Joshua, and Jaden).

Now, I shot about 75 minutes of video on 7/25/12, which covers several collections I bought this past week and a dozen books (oh, yeah, and some neat DVD scores), and I hope to post some of that tomorrow and the next day.

Books, Comics, and Other Media Update, 7-16-12

Hi, folks! Yes, I shot this on Monday, but I am posting it on late Friday/early Saturday because I've been ill. I ended up going back to the doctor's office in the middle of the week, and that, and my illness, have ruined my week (and my outlook on life). I am sorry if I sound depressed or or down. The only things in my life, now, that makes me happy, sometimes, are books; I'm feuding, it seems, with all of my family and most of my friends. Sigh. Any way, let's see what books and other goodies I bought on Sunday:

Another Sunday Update, 7-15-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! I've had a rough week, on a personal level. My disease is ruining my life; besides my skin condition worsening, I'm unable to be focused, to work, or to be sane. Sadly, that showed up in the vlog for today (filmed Sunday morning around 7am). Let's see what I found (and I apologize, ahead of time, for being sick and ranting, sigh).

Friday Update on Media Scores, 7-6-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! I hope everyone, in the Northern Hemisphere, is staying cool; it's been over 90 here for a long time (maybe two weeks), and today it reached 98 (with feels like temperature of 105). Gosh, I just took a frog outside (that I caught in the house), and it is still 88 outside with high humidity (like a sauna). Any way, let's look at the books, comic books, and DVDs from this update:
