Comic Book Update 6-13-14

Shalom, bibliophiles! This update covers three different stacks of comic books, which arrived on three different days. As promised, I'm trying to go over the comic books that arrived over the past year; however, my life is complicated at the moment, so I'm slowly getting to these updates. Let's see what I scored:

That was a cool bunch of comic books! I do apologize if I was not very high energy or loud, but I was not in my own house and had to be relatively quiet (so I wouldn't upset the homeowner, who was resting).

I'm hoping to post several book (not comic book) updates before July 1st because I bought 130 books (academic monographs, classic literature, poetry, etc.) last week; however, that will have to wait until I can sit in my own house and look over the books.

Wow, that was a great set of comic books and cool DVD set. I hope that I did not seem to jittery or agitated; I'm recovering from another flare of my skin disease, and I am still itchy and not feeling right.

Belated Comic Book Update from 1-20-14

Shalom, bibliophiles! Well, as promised, I am getting around to posting the "older" vlog entries that I shot months ago. There should be several more appearing over the next few weeks. This first one reviews a bunch of Maximum Press comic books with some others from DC and Marvel, so let's see what arrived back on the 20th of January:

That was a super cool bunch of comic books! I apologize for my fogginess, but I was going through a rough patch. Come to think of it, when am I not going through a "rough patch"? After all, I'm dealing with the same things still, 5 months later, sigh.

Comic Book Update from 6-1-14

Shalom, bibliophiles! I hope this finds all of you happy and reading! Yes, I'm in a slightly better mood, at least for this vlog entry. 

Now, as promised, I am doing vlog entries about the thousands of comic books I bought over the past year or two, most of which have been sitting around, as I was ill or too busy with teaching. This entry covers comic books that arrived back on 6-23-13, so let's us see what I scored:

Yippee! That was a freaking awesome collection of comic books, which will make for some nice reading.
