Comic Book Update, Night of 12-29-12, Part 1

Shalom, bibliophiles! As promised, I'm posting a number of vlog entries this weekend. This is my late Saturday night entry; it is not related to the posting from earlier today. This entry, tonight, originally, had been one long vlog entry, but I had to divide it into two parts to get it to post correctly, so let's see what goodies arrived in Part 1:

Yippee! I am geeked over this bunch of comic books, as you can tell from my chatter and expressions, hee, hee, hee! Now, I'm off to have a beer and get some sleep because I am sanding floors again on Sunday, so please check back on Sunday night for Part 2 of this vlog entry, which will cover the Justice League-related comic books.

I'm sorry if you're unhappy with me, but that's not my problem (I can't handle being alive most seconds of my life, and if you're my friend, then you should know that about me already and accept it). On the other hand, those were a great bunch of comic books!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Comic Books 12-17-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! I bought a set (not complete) of Season 8 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, so let's see what I scored!

Comic Book Update 12-15-12

Book Scores, Part 2, 11-11-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! Well, back on 11/24/12, I posted the first part of my large score of books, from Sunday, 11/11/12, and I then posted Part 2. This, weeks later, is Part 3, which is mostly poetry, plays, and prose. Let's see what I scored:

Wowee! That was spectacular! I am excited to read most of those (some are already in collection, since they are replacing older copies in poorer condition, which I hope to sell).

Yes, this is not how I look at the moment, for I am sick; I certainly do not have that energy. However, I am hoping to put together a few new vlog entries this coming weekend, even if I have to pump myself up with coffee to be energetic.

Brief Note

Shalom, bibliophiles! I've been very ill, and I lost my energy. I was doing poorly before final exam week began, but I hid that from most people. I crashed on Tuesday (two days ago), and I went to my doctor's office; immediately, I was placed on several medications, one of which makes me drowsy.

Consequently, I've not had much energy to shoot video. In addition, I basically lost track of the various comic books that arrived over the last few weeks; I had to move them and, now, cannot figure out which comic books arrived on which day (I shuffled them around and moved them quickly, since I was pressured to do that). However, if I get the energy, I will post Part 3 of my big book score from a month ago.

I apologize.

Comic Book Update 11-28-12

Shalom, bibliophiles! I'm posting a vlog entry that I shot on Wednesday but didn't have time to edit and post until now. In fact, I'm just taking a break from grading to post this and returning to grading again. Let's see the comics that arrived:

That's a nice collection of things to read, once I get done grading and get into my new house.

I know that I promised that I'd post the third part of my big book score, but it will have to wait a few more days, until I'm done grading students' term papers. Alas, I'm working more slowly than I expected.
